Process of Power of Attorney

Preparation of Draft

We will prepare the draft of the POA and send it to you on your registered email address for a review. You can ask us for any amendment in the draft. We will also collect the documents from you in the meanwhile.

Translation

After the approval of the draft from your side, we will translate it into Arabic language.

Notarization

We will go for a physical notary in Dubai at a notary public or choose the e-notarization.

Personal Power of Attorney

There are two types of personal power of attorney

1. i) General Power of Attorney
2. ii) Special Power of Attorney
3. i) General Power of Attorney

 A general power of attorney is issued by the principal to an attorney. It is usually given to the family members and friends to buy the property or perform a certain task in their absence.

1. ii) Special Power of Attorney

It is specifically used to sell a property, vehicle or share of the company. This type POA is also used to carry out the transaction with limited scope.

Corporate Power of Attorney 

There are two kinds of corporate power of attorney

1. i) Company Power of Attorney
2. ii) Special Power of Attorney
3. i) Company Power of Attorney

This is similar to the general POA but the main difference in this case is that it is issued by the shareholders. It is used to run the day to day business operations.

1. ii) Special Power of Attorney (Corporate)

It is issued by the shareholder of the company with a very special power to run a few or a specific operation of the business.
